Blue Light Leadership is a women and minority owned business that helps focus on creating harmonious and collaborative remote business environments.
We’re on a mission to create a happier and more peaceful society through equipping leaders with a daily practice of emotionally intelligent behaviors. These skills help leaders create business environments that nurture positive work experiences. As well as, encourage mental wellness, meaning, inclusiveness and belonging.
Ultimately, our clients help create businesses that are healthy workplaces and profitable enterprises.

Meet The Team
Diana Lowe
CEO
Diana Lowe, is the CEO of Blue Light Leadership, a leadership development company focused on educating, training and coaching emotional intelligence for remote leaders. Blue Light helps companies keep their top talent in this new remote and hybrid work environment.
Early in her career, as an American expat, Diana lived and worked in countries including Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and the Netherlands. Living and working abroad has provided her a deep and intimate knowledge in working first hand in a variety of cultures. Diana draws on those invaluable experiences to empower her career to help others. Her passion for positive transformations while working with leaders has inspired her to return to get her Master’s in Positive Psychology.
Diana works with Directors and Senior Executives in Fortune 500 companies to transform their team spirit and communication, turning low-performing teams to highly productive and engaged teams. Her practice focuses on using evidence based research in Positive Psychology for coaching, which allows her a whole person wellness approach in coaching.
Diana calls Phoenix, Arizona home. When she is not playing with her two little girls or hanging with her hubby you can see her on stage doing stand up comedy . . .and if you are wondering no she is not that funny.

Sandy Benz
MA, ACC, BCC
As a leadership/team coach and facilitator, Sandy Benz partners with organizations as they transform work environments to inspire the best in people. Areas of focus include emotional intelligence, giving and receiving feedback, ”the people side of change”, collaborative/adaptive thinking, interpersonal communications, and conflict resolution.
Sandy has worked with private and public employers primarily in the financial services, technology and local government industries. As an internal organizational development consultant, master facilitator and coach, she has specialized in leadership development, team effectiveness, interpersonal communications, giving and receiving feedback, enterprise-wide employee engagement, and “the people side of change management.”
With a Master’s in Adult Education and a Bachelor’s in Business Management, Sandy is an ICF and Board-Certified Executive Coach (ACC & BCC), and a Certified Practitioner with ProSci® Change Management, Genos® Emotional Intelligence, Everything DiSC® Situational Mindsets® and Working Genius®.
She currently works with Blue Light Leadership as an executive coach to support executives, senior leaders, mid-level managers and intact leadership teams with the following services:
- Design and facilitate customized webinars, workshops and retreats.
- Coach executives, senior leaders, managers and intact leadership teams.
- Administer and debrief assessments to help clients identify coaching goals.
- Determine appropriate methods to measure progress and results.
Sandy lives in Sarasota, Florida and meets with clients throughout the U.S. via online webinars and coaching sessions. She is also willing to travel for in-person retreats, workshops and meetings.
Kathryn Cashion
Director of Administration
Kathryn possesses the unique combination of being highly administrative and compassionate. She provides support and expertise to the Blue Light Leadership team working behind the scenes to ensure all areas of Blue Light Leadership flow efficiently and effectively. Kathryn delivers exceptional, personalized service to ensure clients and team members feel informed and prepared for their appointments, coaching and workshops.
Kathryn earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Midwestern State University. She has served in an administrative capacity in several industries including in Human Resource Services and Real Estate. Kathryn calls Fort Worth, Texas home where she resides with her husband, two children and one large rescue dog.
Gina Williams
Founder of Websites that Elevate
As a serial entrepreneur Gina has a passion for helping small business owners who struggle to effectively market their businesses online. After she and her business partner sold their thriving e-commerce business in 2016, she decided the best way to ‘help other business owners reach their goals’ was to build a team of digital marketing experts and offer the skills and services of a full marketing department for the price of a single employee.
She currently works with Blue Light Leadership as a website designer and digital marketing consultant offering:
- Website design/development, content and maintenance
- Marketing Packages including: SEO, Social Media, PPC, Email and Content Marketing
- Outsourced CMO services for marketing strategy and ROI tracking
Gina lives in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband, three daughters, black labrador puppy. She works with business owners throughout the U.S. to help them effectively market their businesses online.
Janelle Doll
Operation Consultant
Janelle Doll is an Operations consultant, specializing in process improvement and technology implementations. She works with solopreneurs and small teams to refine how they work so they can get their work done more efficiently, with clarity and consistency. Her background blends business operations, project management, and event planning, which provides a unique perspective for detail management, in depth organization, and developing creative solutions to complex problems.
Kate Bays
Virtual Producer
Kate is a former television news anchor, now leveraging her video content prowess and industry production knowledge to dazzle our program participants with her ninja-like tech skills. Her unique skill set allows our team and participants to navigate the virtual realm without the burden of mastering complex technology. Especially, supporting our facilitators and trainers while holding webinars and trainings. As our virtual producer, you will experience her seamlessly producing and assisting our virtual and hybrid events. Our aim is to engage, delight, and inspire our audience, which is a true Blue Light Leadership experience.
Mary Mburu
Social Media Marketing Manager
Mary is a dedicated Virtual Assistant specializing in social media management and administrative support. With expertise in LinkedIn strategy development, content creation, scheduling, performance tracking, calendar management, Google Workspace tasks, data entry, inbox management, and internet research, she helps entrepreneurs create space to excel in their business while savoring family moments and nurturing their well-being. Currently, she collaborates with Blue Light Leadership, providing LinkedIn management, content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking services.
When she’s not working, Mary enjoys quality time with her family in Nairobi, Kenya, cooking, and attending Zumba classes. She is a wife and proud mom of two lovely boys.
