Leader As A Coach

This four-part program is designed to give leaders the knowledge, tools, and strategies they need to succeed in their leadership roles. Participants will gain an understanding of different coaching techniques and frameworks, as well as how to use them effectively in their organizations. Through hands-on activities and real-world examples, participants will learn how to identify (when it’s appropriate) to apply coaching techniques, and how to constructively address issues as they arise.

By the end of the program, leaders will be equipped with the skills needed to create an environment which encourages open communication and collaboration that leads to positive, tangible results.

Empathetic Leader Program

The Empathetic Leader Program is designed to give leaders the skills and knowledge they need to create a workplace environment that encourages employees to feel valued, cared for, consulted, respected and informed. Such an environment has been shown to enhance performance – employees are more likely to be engaged and motivated when they feel appreciated and involved in meaningful work.

During the program, leaders will learn how to use tools such as: active listening to team members, providing meaningful feedback, showing appreciation for effort and results, and respecting individual differences.

The Engaging Leader Program is designed to provide leaders with the tools and strategies needed to successfully motivate and engage their team.

This one-day program provides an interactive and results-oriented insight into the evidence-based science of motivation. Through a series of practical scenarios, theories and techniques, the program introduces participants to best practices for understanding team dynamics, recognizing what drives team members individually, and creating a motivating work environment.

Participants will gain valuable skills in how to foster positive engagement across the workplace including communication strategies, goal setting and management techniques. By the end of the program, leaders will have the tools and knowledge required for creating an engaging workplace culture that works towards productivity gains and improved morale.

Resilient Leader Program

Leaders who feel stressed, close to burnout, or find themselves occasionally lashing out in ways they later regret, benefit significantly from Resilience Training. Positive Psychology sites numerous studies and research that support training in resilience as an effective antidote to burn out.

This one day program features Emotional Intelligence and Resilience training that helps leaders discover the root of their stress and offers evidence-based practices that foster the development of new patterns. By learning to turn inward to assess their own moods, emotions, and behaviors, as well as the triggers that lead to increased stress, leaders gain self-management skills as well as a new perspective on how to move forward.

Leaders who practice emotional awareness, and self-management, experience improved well being for themselves, less stress and overwhelm, and also the ability to positively impact the temperament and culture of their teams.

Emotional Culture Index

With the Emotional Culture Index, management teams no longer need to rely on guesswork about how their staff members feel about the culture of their work environment. This tool provides clear data that can be used to start making proactive changes to ensure that their staff feel secure, appreciated and connected to the company.

The index is based on employees’ ratings of ten emotions over time, including: satisfaction, security, pride, connection, trust, respect, joy, excitement, appreciation and belonging.

Using the information gathered, management teams can evaluate which areas need improvement and make changes that will result in happier employees and an overall better work environment.
